Terms & Conditions & Cancellation Policy

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by LailaTours, operating in Tangier and throughout Morocco.

By confirming a booking with LailaTours, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation.

A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your reservation. No service is confirmed until payment has been received.

Prices are subject to change due to supplier rates, transportation costs, or currency fluctuations prior to confirmation.

2. VIP & Customized Services – Payment Terms

All VIP, private, tailor-made, helicopter, high-speed train, exclusive shore excursions, and customized experiences require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Due to advance commitments with third-party providers, deposits for premium services are strictly non-refundable. Certain exclusive arrangements may be fully non-refundable once confirmed.

Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Changes & Itinerary Modifications

LailaTours reserves the right to modify routes, schedules, vehicles, guides, or specific experiences when necessary due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Safety considerations

  • Operational requirements

  • Force majeure circumstances

Such adjustments do not constitute grounds for compensation or refund.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Arriving on time at the agreed pickup location

  • Providing accurate personal information

  • Holding valid passports, visas, and travel documents

  • Informing us of any medical conditions or special needs

Failure to comply may result in cancellation without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

LailaTours acts as a tour operator and coordinator. We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, trains, airlines, weather, or third-party providers

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

  • Injuries or incidents occurring during activities beyond our direct control

  • Force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions

Participation in tours and activities is undertaken at the client’s own risk.

Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellations

  • More than 72 hours before service: Full refund (excluding non-refundable deposits).

  • 24–72 hours before service: 50% refund.

  • Less than 24 hours before service or no-show: 100% non-refundable.

VIP deposits (50%) are strictly non-refundable.
Custom premium services involving third-party suppliers may be fully non-refundable once confirmed.

Refund processing times may vary depending on banking institutions.

Cancellation by LailaTours

If LailaTours cancels a confirmed service due to operational reasons, clients will be offered:

  • An alternative date or equivalent experience, or

  • A refund of the amount paid.

No additional compensation shall be provided.

Force Majeure

LailaTours shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or modifications caused by events beyond our control.
